Capitol City Strength and Conditioning doesn’t run dedicated classes for specific programs. All of our athletes (whether they are participating in our General Strength and Conditioning, Powerlifting, Weightlifting, or Advanced Conditioning programming) warm-up together and workout alongside each other in any, and all, of our regularly scheduled class hours.
