Free Introductory Class

Capitol City Strength and Conditioning is always looking to expand our community of dedicated members. Therefore, anyone interested in joining Capitol City Strength and Conditioning can schedule a free introductory class during any of our regularly scheduled class hours. The private introductory class is an opportunity for us to assess where your skills and strengths are at and to give you a chance to see if our gym is a good fit for you. If you would like to schedule a private introductory class at Capitol City Strength and Conditioning, please email Coach Sean at sean@capcitystrength.com with the Program that you are interested in and the date and time that you would like to come in.

We know how hard it is to find a gym that is a perfect fit for you and your goals. That’s why Capitol City Strength and Conditioning gives all interested members a free week of unlimited access to our regularly scheduled classes after their free private introductory class. This will give you the opportunity to lift with us and our members without the added pressure of having to make a membership decision on the spot. We hope that after a week of experiencing the expert coaching, quality equipment, and supportive training environment that Capitol City Strength and Conditioning has to offer, that you’ll decide to join the Cap City Strength family.
